A highlight on the Summer events calendar; the Twilight Beach Polo returned to St Kilda’s West Beach recently.
The foreshore was transformed for the occasion with 3,500 guests joining in the day whilst enjoying fabulous food, wine and a vibrant social scene. Whilst guests were there to enjoy the unique setting of Polo taking place on the sand, with Port Philip Bay in the distance, there was an emphasis on fashion and frivolity.
There were several marquee structures transformed; to create unique dining experiences and social settings. The main VIP marquee had curated canapes and beverages presented by the team at Tommy Collins by Atlantic Group. With the space styled with an abundance of greenery by Botanical Events and furniture selections by Dann Event Hire.
Our latest furniture collections featured in the VIP Marquee, which included Agnes, Jelly, Lottie and Shimmy.
The silhouette of their shapes and textural elements added a level of detailed interest complimenting the foreshore-inspired space.
KEY STATS
Over 1400 items of furniture were delivered to the sand for the event, including the furniture fit out for Heineken Bar and the GA Bar.
There were a total of 6 x (6m x 6m) Pagodas for private clients, 10 x (3m x 3m) Pagodas built for infrastructure and over 200 linear meters of picket fencing to line the perimeter. The event space was built in 3.5 days, during all the elements. A huge achievement to all involved; given this ‘one-day only’ event was built entirely on sand.
It was an absolute privilege to be a partner for this annual Summer event, along with a great team of collaborators to create the unimagined.
